Caleb and Hallie took their first bath together yesterday. Caleb thought it was very interesting, but fun to have someone else in the tub with him.

Nuchal

Nuchal will be Hallies nick name we have decided. She was born with her hand next to her cheek when she was born (a nuchal hand), and she continues to like having it there. Her hand is almost always up by her face...especially when she is sleeping or being cuddly.

Halloween

We had a great Halloween! Caleb dressed up as a ninja and Hallie was his Asian princess for her first Halloween! We took Caleb trick or treating to visit friends we hadn't seen for a while from work and Wymount. It was a fun night and we have all too much candy to last us a life time!

We started the night off by picking up a trick or treat bucket for Caleb. Nathan found just the bucket when he ran in ToysRUs... a Cars bucket! Caleb LOVED it!

More on Hallie!

As Nathan posted earlier Hallie has arrived! She weighs 7 lbs even, and is 20 1/2 inches long. She is doing amazing and checked out wonderfully at the pediatricians office today! We are so happy to have her here with us, she is a doll!

Caleb loves being a big brother! He is so sweet with Hallie kissing and being nice to her.

Hallie Mattea Snyder!

Baby #2 is here - naturally, water birthed at home, and beautiful!

Krystal labored for 60 hours after her water broke. 60 HOURS!!!

I didn't think that kind of labor was humanly possible or without damage to mother and baby, but Krystal had a lot of support and both are healthy. She didn't really get any sleep - not more than 15 minutes at a time for three days. Krystal is so strong, and the baby is beautiful!

Without further ado, Hallie Mattea!

P.S. There will sure be further posts coming on this cute little girl :)

Hallie will be born by Saturday!

It is now official!  Krystal's water has broken and she's having contractions, so this baby will be out by Saturday, one way or the other!  Hopefully it's the natural way, not another C-section, but the long wait is over!  Hallie Mattea is almost here!
